Description of problem:

[root@belphegor lkundrak]# rpm -ev bash-completion
error: Failed dependencies:
	bash-completion is needed by (installed) zypper-1.14.15-1.fc29.x86_64

No no no no. Please don't drag in packages that reconfigure my shell :(

Please just own /usr/share/bash-completion/completions instead, as other packages that install completions do.
