Description of problem:

Hosts >> Content Hosts, there in the search filter text box.
searching anything using the filter (example:- name ~ "pattern" ) only scans and get the result from a single current page.

let say entry per page for the WebUI display is set to 20 and there are total three pages for content hosts list.
the filter searches only from the current page as the per page setting and not from every page to filter out the result.

Actual results:

Searches only the current page for filtering the output.

Expected results:

It should search the output from all the pages rather than the current page. (as it does for Hosts >> All Hosts page)

If this is specific for content host page, then it belongs to different component. If you reproduce the same behavior on all pages (all search boxes) which I was unable to do myself, please move back to Search.

This appears to be a duplicate of bug 1642549; therefore, closing.

Note: the issue is not that the search only looks on the current page.  Instead, it is that it only returns 1 page of results.

If this was closed in error, please re-open.  If possible, do provide access to a reproducer environment.
