Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into cfme with non en_US locale.
2. Navigate to Compute-Infrastructure-Hosts, click on any host.
3. Summary page has untranslated text
"Hostname" "Asset tag" "Service tag" "Templates"

Actual results:
Translation not present

Expected results:
Translation should present.

Translations are present now.
