Description of problem:
No way to add users in RHDS cockpit WebUI or CLI.

Only way to add users is creating a ldif file & adding using ldapadd/ldapmodify, This adds additional complexity for customers. 

With the objective of RHEL8 being user friendly it breaks the existing functionality of easy management of users/groups.

Management did not want to add user/group management to the UI at this time.  There are other free third party LDAP browsers that can be used was the justification for not adding it.

I would like to add user/group functionality to the UI, but until management approves it my hands are tied.  If it would ever get added it wouldn't be until 8.1 or 8.2.

The dsidm CLI tool can add users and groups though...
