Description of problem:
When running the command: "openstack overcloud delete overcloud" getting an error:
(undercloud) [stack@undercloud-0 ~]$ openstack stack list

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install OSP14 overcloud
2. Try to delete it.
3.

Actual results:
Getting an error message but the stack is deleted eventually.

Expected results:
No errors
