Description of problem:
Metrics is not visible for some random pods.

OpenShift Container Platform 3.9

How reproducible:
After update of ocp 3.7 to ocp 3.9 metrics are not visible for pods.

update ocp from 3.7 to ocp 3.9,metrics works well
