This issue is not specific to Ansible . The issue is that retiring a service bundle doesn't retire child catalog items.

Marking this as VERIFIED since the VM created through the child catalog gets retired.

Verified in 5.9.6.5

I have reported https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1658709 so that the outstanding issues can be fixed.
