Why did we clone this? The customer ticket is closed, the patch for it is abandoned, and there's basically no functional impact.

I cloned because some other support engineer had wanted to attach a customer's case to the Upstream  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1569593
I noticed that one of my cases was wrongly attached to this BZ. I cloned and attached the case # just for a reference. 

Anyway, That exception is just noise because the broker isn't running. So there is no sense to attach any new case and this clone has no sense. For that reason, I removed my old case.
