Description Adrian Likins 2000-08-19 06:15:44 UTC
kappfinger_restart is present in the default user
KDE menus, but is useless to a user without
root privs. It is listed under the KDE
menus as "Application Finder".

If it requires root access, it should either
not be in the user menus, or make user of
the user-helper functions.

Bero:

We are considering this a must-fix before gold.
