Description Andrew Robinson 2018-12-11 22:31:22 UTC
Description of problem:

The customer is serving Windows clients from a Gluster cluster with Samba. The clients include every type from modern to NT4. For the NT4 clients, they found in RH docs that ntlm_auth=yes needed to be set in the smb.conf file. Now they want to know whether the NTLM uses LDAP or LDAPS. Their security team is very keen on knowing what protocols they use.
