Description of problem:
"verify processer virtualization support": not filter pass , it can be filter pass on ws2016
So I guess it is because of win2019 guest is not covered by this filter.

The filter for "ws2016" is "Filter 135":
Filter 135
	Version: 5
	Expires on: 12/30/2020 23:00:00
Issue Description: Verify processor virtualization support test needs to run on a physical without the presence of virtualization. The test will fail when run in a VM or on the host where hypervisor is already running.
Issue Resolution: Pass the test when running inside a VM if the intent is to test for SVVP.

This job pass with the latest filter on intel guest. So change this bug to verified.

Thanks all.
