Failed_QA at the CFME 5.9.7.0

Actual result:
"Evacuating Instance instance5 failed: undefined method `microversion_newwer_than' for #<Fog::Compute::OpenStack::Real:0x0000000011759980> Did you mean? microversion_newer_than?"

Fog fix was merged https://github.com/fog/fog-openstack/pull/473, we're waiting for fog-openstack gem release with the fix and PR with fog-openstack dependency update will follow.
