Upstream stable/wallaby https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/nova/+/879405 was merged and will be synced automatically to one of future RHOSP 17.1 minor releases. Closing this bug as UPSTREAM because original support case was closed and it doesn't worth to track this bugfix in downstream.
