Clarification of wording

The fence agent has not necessarily been "configured on" any node at this point. Can we say something more like "reboots the node managed by this iLO device"? That can probably be improved upon as well. I don't want to give the impression that anything has been configured on a node at this point though. These commands can be run successfully before a cluster is even created, as long as the appropriate fence-agents-* package is installed.
