Description of problem:
While deploying hosted engine, the hosted_storage and HE VM are not importing with the WARN:

This is a local setup with noansible script 

 # hosted-engine --deploy --noansible

It is required and hostname for RHVM is not reserved for local setup.

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Deploy Hosted engine.
2. Add a first storage for VMs. 
3. After adding the first storage, hosted_storage doesn't import automatically.

Actual results:
hosted storage is not importing.

Expected results:
Hosted Storage imported with HE VM.
