Description of problem:
It is not possible to print a page selection using OOImpress. The selection
remains greyed out as do the number bumps. Trying to print page 1 to 3 results
in both of the number boxes reverting to zero

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an OOoImpress document
2. File->Print->Job
3. Try to not print the entire document
  
Actual results:
Page selection is inoperative

Expected results:
Page selection should work

should now work in >= 1.9.125-2
