Description of problem:
[ALL LANG][RHSM Cockpit][RHSM Web Console] Unlocalized string 'Unregistering' when clicking Unregister button from page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subscription-manager-1.23.8-11.el8.x86_64.rpm

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Access the cockpit and click Subscription from left side.
2. Click Register to register system.
3. Click Unregister button.
4. Check the string 'Unregistering' on Status.

Actual results:
[ALL LANG][RHSM Cockpit][RHSM Web Console] Unlocalized string 'Unregistering' when clicking Unregister button from page.

Expected results:
It's should be localized.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.

This should have been fixed with commit 099c62fe9c [1], which is available in subscription-manager >= 1.26.2.

Verified it's fixed on latest RHEL8.4 build, the string "Unregistering" is localized now.
