Description of problem:
/usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/tpm2-abrmd.preset

The usual procedure is described in
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/DefaultServices/.

Please remove /usr/lib/systemd/system-preset/tpm2-abrmd.preset from the package.
A pull requests against https://pagure.io/fedora-release/blob/master/f/90-default.preset should be created if the service should be enabled by default.

tpm2-abrmd-2.0.3-1.fc29.x86_64

Additional info:
The file naming is messed up, so the preset file is actually inactive. But it shouldn't be part of the package anyway.
