Reproduced on latest rhel8.1 build. # subscription-manager identity --username=stage_test_12 --username=redhat --regenerate --force 密码： Consumer with id 1fb74e8d-cef9-444f-ad33-af3e487c5c88 could not be found. Verified it's fixed on latest rhel8.3 build.
