Description of problem:

I'm trying to update to mariadb-10.2.21-1.fc28 
dnf --enablerepo=updates-testing update mariadb*

Update from 10.2.19 to 10.2.21 is failing with error

I'll let the 'mariadb-connector-c' provide it.
It will be fixed in the next release 10.2.21-2
