I don't think this is an issue for composer. Our vhd.ks is already using WALinuxAgent instead of cloud-init. Is there some other work that needs to be done? Vendula Poncova changed this in commit b594fa99bc765a9ea54dd7d61ac49d3b72b6581e back in October. Not sure if we need a workaround but I'm seeing this issue too. The VM is stuck in the Creating status on Azure for more than 10 minutes. for reference this is what I'm seeing: > https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1641190#c1 > > With this issue existing, cloud-init can't successfully decrypt ssh public key, so if we create a vm with public ssh key logging in, we can't login the vm with ssh > public key.
