The stage addresses are for internal use only, and are not accessible externally.
You would need to use the normal URLs for the CDN and Subscription service (subscription.rhsm.redhat.com / cdn.redhat.com).

Please verify that the subscription you have attached the pool for is not a future-dated subscription, and is currently valid by locating the start date on the subscription via `subscription-manager list --consumed`, and also verify that the `date` is current/correct on this system.

There are not currently any known issues preventing obtaining content when using the proper endpoints and valid beta subscriptions at this time, and you might find a quicker resolution by opening a case with Red Hat Technical Support. Utilizing the latest available Beta today, I have not had any issues with registration, entitlement, and content retrieval.

You left off the version of subscription-manager you are using from the bug report.
If you continue to have issues, please provide the following:

# rpm -q subscription-manager
# subscription-manager list --consumed
# date

Hello, The beta subscription you have attached does not provide access to that product.
What you appear to have installed there from the product certificate is the High-Touch Beta, which is different than the Beta release.

For some verification, could you show me the following:

Hello,

Based on that installed product and where you have obtained the install from, if you are a high-touch beta participant, you need to utilize the High-Touch Beta subscription which is SKU: RH00076.
If you do not have this SKU available, you will need to contact a member of your sales or architect team with Red Hat.

Based on that information, I am going to close this out as NOTABUG.
