1. brew download-build -a src volume_key-0.3.11-4.el8
2. rpmbuild --nocheck --rebuild ./volume_key-0.3.11-4.el8.src.rpm


Actual results:

Successful build.

I believe we will not get blocker+ for this so moving to 8.0.1.
