python3-libcec-4.0.3-2.fc29 cannot be installed.

1.dnf install python3-libcec

Actual results:
Last metadata expiration check: 1:40:12 ago on Fri Jan 11 07:35:06 2019.
Dependencies resolved.

 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides /usr/bin/python33 needed by python3-libcec-4.0.3-2.fc29.x86_64

Expected results:
Package should install.

Confirming here that libcec-4.0.4-3.fc29 as available in updates-testing fixes the problem.
