Description of problem:
After navigating to https://CFME_IP/dashboard/show#/, there are tabs corresponding to dashboards created in (for example) EvmGroup-super_administrator group in Cloud-intel -> Reports -> Dashboards.

One cannot select other then the landing-page dashboard

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create more than one dashboard in the EvmGroup-super_administrator group in Cloud-intel -> Reports -> Dashboards.
2. Navigate to the Cloud-intel -> Dashboards
3. Click on the second or some other dashboard

Actual results:
Page remains the same

Expected results:
Other dashboard tab displayed

Verified in CFME 5.11.0.11

Steps of verification:
1) Create 2 new dashboards for the super admin group
2) Click each dashboard
3) Verified that each dashboard shows successfully.
