I confirm the default profile definition is missing from modulemd-defaults document.

Agreed in Jan 17th RHEL 8 blocker meeting to set exception+, (not blocker+).
Deadline for exceptions is Snap 6 or Feb 11th

I can see the fix in RHEL-8.0.0-20190121.n.0 nightly compose.
