Description of problem:
Unable to complete registration of pro free trial plan when finalize input profile and payment info and click confirm subscription

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Prepare a new account which does not subscribe pro plan before
2.Try to subscribe pro free trial plan, and input the necessary info, then click “Confirm Subscription” button in confirm page

Actual results:
2.subscribe failed. A notification is shown on the page: “Unable to complete registration. Please try again and contact Red Hat Support if the issue persists”

Expected results:
2.subscribe successful
