Description of problem:

An enhancement to the subscription-manager command, where users will be able to choose a location to assign a host to, similar to choosing an organization while registering a host to Satellite system.

Register the clients using below commands

#subscription-manager register --org="RedHat" --activationkey="<Activation Key Name>"

#subscription-manager register --org="RedHat" --environment="Library"


Expected results:

#subscription-manager register --organization "RedHat" --location "India" --activation-key "<AK name>" 

#subscription-manager register --org="RedHat" --location="India" --environment="Library"
