Description of problem:
We need to identify the maintenance release in /etc/rhosp-release like:

$ cat ./etc/rhosp-release
Red Hat OpenStack Platform release 14.0.1 (Rocky)
Comment 6 errata-xmlrpc 2019-03-18 13:04:08 UTC
