I feel this bug fits into a  reference architecture document and does not fit into install or operations guide. I will let anjana to decide,  in any case we cannot take this in for 3.11.2

Moving this to the next update. However, can we start exploring the right content for this bug?

The request can be broken down to two things:
1. Provide a new doc that has details on cloud related OCS requirements/procedures.
2. List the minimum sizing requirements for OCS in various cloud provider environments.

IMO, (2) is covered in OCP document and also in OCS 
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_container_storage/3.11/html-single/deployment_guide/index#Planning_Guidelines

Let us know if it is sufficient.
