Description:
An R wrapper for the special functions and quasi random number generators of
the Gnu Scientific Library (http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/). See
gsl-package.Rd for details of overall package organization, and Misc.Rd for
some functions that are widely used in the package.

The package is simple. :-)

The license is GPLv2+ and so is acceptable.

fedora-review complains:

- Package have the default element marked as %%doc :doc, DESCRIPTION,
  CITATION
- Package requires R-core.

I suspect that CITATION probably is required as non-doc to avoid those cases where you install without docs.
In any case I consider this to be an esoteric issue. :-)

The next claim is useless "Package requires R-core." since as it can be seen the package requires libR.so()... that in turn requires R-core.

So with all that said the package is approved.
