Description of problem:
-modulus is described in ec man page but the tool doesn't support it and the help message of the tool does not list it

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openssl-1.1.1-8.el8.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man ec | col -b | grep -- -modulus

Actual results:
-modulus present

Expected results:
no modulus found

Additional info:
Technically it's a regression from RHEL-6 and RHEL-7:  https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=951690#c25
