Verified on device-mapper-multipath-0.8.0-5.el8
[root@storageqe-05 ~]# rpm -qa | grep multipath
device-mapper-multipath-0.8.0-5.el8.x86_64
device-mapper-multipath-libs-0.8.0-5.el8.x86_64

[root@storageqe-05 ~]# man multipath
-a Add the WWID for the specified device to the WWIDs file.

-A Add the WWIDs from any kernel command line mpath.wwid parameters
              to the WWIDs file.

-w Remove the WWID for the specified device from the WWIDs file.
