Description of problem:

python2-policycoreutils switched to the python2-ipaddress from IPy, however the dependencies in the spec file were not updated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.8-15 (bug appears to have been introduced in 2.8-13)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install python2-policycoreutils
2. Try to manage SELinux policy on an Ansible node
3. Ansible states that the python2 policycorecutils module is not installed
4. Manually install python2-ipaddress and Ansible works

Actual results:
seobject.py fails to run

Expected results:
seobject.py runs
