Description of problem:
While using ControllerStorageNfs role images are not pushed to local registry,
since ContainerImagePrepare service is missing in ControllerStorageNfs role.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
Deploy rhos14 using ControllerStorageNfs role.

Actual results:
Missing images in local registry.
Overcloud deployment Failed with image rhceph:3-18 not found

Expected results:
Deployment should succeed
