Describe the issue: 

There are only 2 tables with the same 2 parameters, which are not all the possible ones.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Expand Table 1 with the following parameters established during initialization: sshKey and pullSecret

Expand Table 2 with the following parameters available by default while creating the install config: machines, networking, sshKey and pullSecret

Additional information: 

It would be interesting also to double-check the current contents. For example, 
openstack and azure providers are shown but they are not allowed as per 4.0
