What's the purpose of this bug? Mutter doesn't involve itself in WebRTC support other than providing API to get screen content. That API is already available in RHEL8.

Window screen casting should be part of mutter-3.32, which is included in rhel-8.1, so closing this as CURRENTRELEASE.
