It can be duplicate, but also this can be related to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1600052.
I'd like to see API server logs from:
1. start of the api server (I'm especially curious to see if garbage collector started properly and synced all the resources,
iow. 'Starting garbage collector controller' and 'Garbage collector: all resource monitors have synced. Proceeding to collect garbage')
2. from a minute before and 5 minutes after a removal is issues (again I'm looking for GC logs)

For the above 2nd item it'd be worth grabbing the logs with loglevel 5.
