Description of problem:


python-ceilometermiddleware is not used by any other package in Fedora. In an effort to reduce the number of packages maintained by openstack-sig team, this package can be retired from Fedora rawhide.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 31 development cycle.
Changing version to '31'.
