The untranslated values are data to be set in syspurpose not options which can be translated. Think of them in a manner similar to SLA has been in the past. We've not historically translated the values one could choose for a SLA. The reason the "Not specified" option is translated is because it is not an actual subscription data value. It only indicates that a value for that aspect of system purpose will not be set. |

Check options available on system purpose page. Actual results: Available options are partially localized. Expected results: They should be fully localized.
