Description of problem:
/etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc.d/50-xinput.sh sets up QT_IM_MODULE and XMODIFIERS on even GNOME. this prevents to enable Input Source using IBus on Latin locales say.

1.log into GNOME with English locale say
2.see $QT_IM_MODULE
3.

Actual results:
echo $QT_IM_MODULE
xim

Expected results:
No values in $QT_IM_MODULE, or ibus

This should be fixed in imsettings-1.8.1-1.fc31 and im-chooser-1.7.3-1.fc31.
