Description of problem:
I reported a bug on libidn2 gitlabs that was fized in https://gitlab.com/libidn/libidn2/commit/89768c62b9bb02492b5301509eca78d23acd09b6

A new release of the product (2.1.0) has released and the package is available in https://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/libidn/

Please update the packages libidn2 and libidn2-devel since this bug is reporting false-negatives.
