Installing the package libibverbs fixed the issue

Comment 1 Sandro Bonazzola 2019-02-11 17:33:27 UTC
I'm sorry but this doesn't seem related to oVirt at all.
It has been reported on other products too: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1569373
and seems to be related to a dpdk update included in latest RHEL / CentOS update: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1658141

We reported the issue and are waiting for a new release of openvswitch to happen.
In the meanwhile please downgrade dpdk to a previous version.
