I'm sorry, but I don't believe this package is acceptable in Fedora.

Pre-built binaries are not permitted in Fedora: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/what-can-be-packaged/#prebuilt-binaries-or-libraries
The "Stansoft License" is not on the list of acceptable licenses: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Licensing:Main#Software_License_List

The license has been changed to the MIT License.

Sorry, but there are still 305 pre-compiled ELF files in the tarball. Unless you plan on releasing the source for these, there is no way for this to be added to Fedora.

I'm marking this as FAIL, as I don't expect you to change processes entirely just for Fedora. But if you do indeed intend to release the source, then please re-open when that has been done.
