sazanami-fonts failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f30

Please fix sazanami-fonts at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to
ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks,
sazanami-fonts will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 31,
sazanami-fonts will be retired, if it still fails to build.

The error from build.log is:

BUILDSTDERR: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

Looks like fonttools is missing requires on python3-setuptools.

sazanami-fonts-0.20040629-32.fc30 built fine with the above fonttools fix.
