Python 2 is slowly being removed from Fedora and EOL for Python 2 is set to January 1, 2020. zanata-python-client should be either ported to Python 3 or retired.

There's been some confusion about duplicates. This bug is an obvious duplicate. (The other one is newer, but has more details.)
