Description of problem: 

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode release 7.6 (Maipo) OS also recognized as RedHat 7.6 Operating System. It should create a new operating system for  RHEL ComputeNode 7.6.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode release 7.6 (Maipo)


How reproducible: Yes


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Remove "RedHat 7.6" Operating system from "Hosts > Operating Systems".
2. Then Run "puppet agent -tv" on the "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode release 7.6 (Maipo" Host.
3. It attaches  RedHat 7.6 to "Red Hat Enterprise Linux ComputeNode release 7.6 (Maipo" in spite of creating a new operating system for the RHEL Compute Node.
