Description of problem:

[root@overcloud-controller-2 ~]# docker ps -a|grep Exited|wc -l
67

There are lot of stopped/exited containers that should be cleared after some maintenance step in documentation or documented in the upgrade guide so that the images being used by them could be removed to free up space on the systems
