Description of problem:
Unable to upgrade 4.2 to 4.3 with 'POSTUN scriptlet failure in rpm package ovirt-vmconsole.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy latest rhv-release-4.2.8-7-001.noarch.rpm over NFS on pair ha-hosts and add NFS storage for guestVMs.
2.Set environment in to global maintenance.
3.Update repositories on engine from 4.2.8 to 4.3.
4.Run yum update ovirt-engine-setup -y on engine.
5.Run engine-setup on engine.


Actual results:
engine-setup fails with 
[ ERROR ] Yum Non-fatal POSTUN scriptlet failure in rpm package ovirt-vmconsole-1.0.6-3.el7ev.noarch
[ ERROR ] Failed to execute stage 'Package installation': One or more elements within Yum transaction failed
[ ERROR ] Execution of setup failed


Expected results:
Should work without errors.

Additional info:
Sosreport from engine is attached.
Look for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1671348, I think its the same issue here as well.

will be addressed in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1676461

the issue is in the *installed* package, so we need a workaround in the engine-setup.
