Description of problem:
The directories /usr/share/man/fr/man1 and /usr/share/man/fr/man8 are supposed to contain french translations of the linux documentation. But several files, for example: hostname.1.gz, ifconfig.8.gz or route.8.gz are german translations...

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install french version of FC4
2.man hostname or man ifconfig

Actual Results:  get the germain version...

Expected Results:  have the french version

this is the package net-tools-1.60-52.i386.rpm that cause the problem...

Work properly in manpages version man-1.5p-6.fc4.
